Maintenance Technician  - 1st Shift
Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking experienced Maintenance Technician  to join their team in Appleton, WI. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, enjoy fixing and troubleshooting, and have a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Maintenance Technician 

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $28-$35.00 per hour - depending on experience

Shift: Monday – Friday from 7:00am-4:30pm with flexibility for early or late hours a few times a week

What's the Job?

Duties & Responsibilities: Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment
What's Needed?   We are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience. High school diploma/GED Few years of production and industrial maintenance experience required Education in industrial maintenace or similar preferred, but not required
