ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance of metal manufacturing equipment including presses, cranes, welding bays, and paint booths.Work alongside the maintenance department, consisting of four skilled individuals.Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all repairs across office spaces, production areas, public areas, and production equipment.Assist the maintenance supervisor in hiring, training, and supervising employees.Essential SkillsExperience in automation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Knowledge of CMMS, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.3+ years of maintenance mechanic experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExtensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.Working knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.Excellent management and supervisory skills.Why Work Here?
