We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional with exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of maintenance tasks throughout the Riverwalk Innovation District. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to completing all tasks and assignments are essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance duties, including painting, minor repairs, cleaning (inside and outside of properties), flooring, and preventative maintenance.Respond to and complete work orders, tenant requests, and other operational tasks.Conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with established guidelines, programs, and procedures; provide recommendations for improvements as needed.Conduct inspections, maintain site safety, and participate in rotating emergency service call coverage.Communicate professionally with building tenants, management, and vendors.Demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand current skill sets.Move furniture and equipment as required. Requirements Willingness to travel to additional Lupoli Companies properties.Experience in residential and/or commercial building maintenance.Technical, vocational, or hands-on experience in minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and routine preventative maintenance.Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in English.Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and electronic work order/preventative maintenance systems.Valid and reliable driver’s license.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
