Our client, a manufacturing leader in the label printing industry, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the operations supporting production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Anderson, SC

Pay Range:$24-$26

Shift: 8a - 5p, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on printing presses, finishing, and converting equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production support requests Maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts usage records Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or printing environment (label or packaging experience a plus) Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
