Maintenance Technician

A fast‑paced food‑production facility is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and keep equipment running at peak performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys solving mechanical and electrical challenges.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment to minimize downtimeTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes and implement repairsRespond to equipment breakdowns quickly and safely to restore operationsDocument maintenance activities in accordance with internal proceduresCollaborate with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and continuous improvementAssist with installation and commissioning of new machinery as neededQualifications2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, food processing, or a related environmentStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeAbility to read schematics, manuals, and technical diagramsExperience with PLCs, conveyors, motors, and packaging equipment preferredKnowledge of safety protocols and lockout/tagout proceduresAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to work flexible hours including weekends or overtime when requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbsComfort working in cold or refrigerated environmentsStanding, bending, and climbing ladders

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
