Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical skills to join our team in a fast-paced injection molding facility. This role is approximately 80% electrical and 20% mechanical, focusing on troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment installations. Injection molding experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment. + Perform on-the-spot fixes and assist with equipment installations and setups. + Support preventive maintenance tasks (approximately 2% of workload). + Troubleshoot and maintain injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. + Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. + Maintain a safe and clean working environment. **Essential Skills** + Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills. + Basic mechanical aptitude. + Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and 3-phase electrical systems. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Familiarity with injection molding equipment is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where you can develop your skills in a supportive environment.
