**Industrial Maintenance Technician** **Pay:** $33–$39 per hour **Location:** Brighton Colorado **Job Type:** Full-Time **About the Role** We are seeking experienced **Industrial Maintenance Technicians** to join our team in a fast-paced **distribution and manufacturing environment** . In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical equipment, including conveyor systems, robotic machinery, and powered industrial vehicles, ensuring smooth and safe operations. **Shifts Available** + **Sunday–Thursday:** 1st & 3rd Shift + **Monday–Friday:** 1st & 3rd Shift **Key Responsibilities** + Enter, track, and complete maintenance work orders using a **CMMS system** . + Perform mechanical repairs on conveyor systems (rollers, bearings, belts, etc.). + Maintain and troubleshoot **automated robotic systems** for optimal performance. + Service and repair **powered industrial equipment** (forklifts, cherry pickers, etc.). + Conduct **preventive maintenance** to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. + Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues; recommend corrective actions. + Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and support operational teams. + Follow all **safety procedures** , including lockout/tagout requirements. **Required Qualifications** + **4–5 years** of experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing or distribution. + Hands-on experience with **conveyor systems** . + Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to replace components. + Basic electrical knowledge and ability to work safely around energized equipment. + Experience with **robotic systems** and powered industrial equipment preferred. + Ability to work independently on night shifts with minimal supervision. **Why Join Us?** + Competitive pay: **$33–$39/hour** + **Opportunities for growth and advancement** + **Supportive team environment** + **Comprehensive safety training and standards** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
