Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support a high‑volume operation that relies on complex mechanical and electrical systems. If you enjoy hands‑on work, solving technical challenges, and keeping equipment running at peak performance, this role will fit you well.

What You’ll DoPerform preventive maintenance on production equipment, mechanical systems, and facility infrastructureTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesRespond quickly to equipment breakdowns to reduce downtime and maintain workflowDocument maintenance activities and maintain accurate service and repair logsAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and system improvementsFollow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environmentCollaborate with operations teams to identify recurring issues and recommend solutionsWhat You BringExperience in industrial or commercial maintenanceStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeAbility to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manualsSolid troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsComfort working around large, fast‑moving equipmentFlexibility to work various shifts, including occasional overtime or weekendsStrong communication skills and a team‑oriented approachPreferred QualificationsExperience with boilers, pumps, motors, or automated systemsFamiliarity with PLC troubleshootingWelding or fabrication experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive payHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidaysTraining and advancement opportunitiesA stable, growing work environment
