Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The ideal candidate has strong experience with CNC machine tools—particularly Fanuc controlled systems.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, alignment, calibration, and commissioning of CNC machine tools.Execute preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and system upgrades on CNC equipment.Diagnose and resolve complex machine issues involving Fanuc controls, drives, motors, PLCs, servos, spindles, and mechanical systems.Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) as required.Serve as a primary technical point of contact for customers during service visits.Provide customer guidance on machine operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.Complete accurate service reports, commissioning documentation, and maintenance records.Document machine conditions, corrective actions, and recommended follow-up work.Perform all work in compliance with company safety policies and customer site requirements.

Essential Skills

Strong experience with CNC machine tools.Proficiency in Fanuc controls, PLCs, and Allen-Bradley systems.Expertise in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with installation and commissioning of CNC machines.Ability to serve as a primary technical contact during service visits.

Work Environment

Work a shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with potential on-call duties during weekends if a machine breaks down. Expect approximately 10% travel.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93600.00/yr.
