Responsibilities
Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance tasks on plant equipment.Troubleshoot electrical, electromechanical, robotics, and control failures.Perform advanced maintenance procedures on AC/DC control circuitry, programmable logic controllers, microprocessor controls, and power distribution systems.Troubleshoot and program VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs.Install and troubleshoot 480V electric motor wiring and 120V and 24V DC motor control circuits.Utilize RS Logix, C Logix, and SLC/Micro Logix programming platforms.Interpret fault readings on controllers, PLCs, and variable frequency drives, and take corrective actions.Essential Skills
5-10 years of advanced troubleshooting experience with automated and robotic manufacturing equipment.Proficiency in reading and interpreting machine manuals, schematics, and electrical blueprints.Experience in troubleshooting and programming VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs.Knowledge of RS Logix and/or C Logix as well as SLC/Micro Logix programming platforms.Ability to interpret fault readings on controllers, PLCs, and variable frequency drives.Experience with AC/DC, servo motors, limit and proximity switches, photo-electric sensors, and solenoid valves.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work with or around food allergens.Mechanical drive experience.Use of precision measurement tools.Industrial electrical experience and/or certification.Familiarity with Allen Bradley Variable Frequency Drives, Allen Bradley PLCs, and Siemens equipment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Marion, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $72800.00/yr.
