**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The position involves performing preventative maintenance on building equipment. Looking for individuals with mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment. + Utilize hand and power tools effectively. + Assist with basic plumbing and mechanical tasks. + Work on ladders to service electrical components on hanging lights and sprinklers. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Basic understanding of mechanical systems. + Capability to perform troubleshooting and repairs. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good communication skills. + Ability to read and write in English. + Capability to stand for 8 hours straight. + Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company where there is room for advancement and professional growth.
