**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our team in maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of various machinery, including injection molding machines and conveyor systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on injection molding machines. + Conduct conveyor maintenance, repair, and complete belt replacements. + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, including pumps, hoses, and clamps. + Use PLC troubleshooting skills to debug machines using ladder logic. + Repair and maintain 6-axis robotics; experience with this is a plus. + Follow LOTO procedures for safety. + Conduct electrical maintenance, including working with 480V systems, schematic reading, rewiring, and pulling wire. + Perform pneumatic system maintenance, such as replacing filters, checking for leaks, repairing/replacing cylinders, and lubricating seals. + Maintain chiller and air dryer systems. + Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required. **Essential Skills** + Degree in Maintenance or Electrical with 3-4 years of experience. + Strong mechanical skills in hydraulics and pneumatics. + Electrical experience with 480V systems. + Experience with robotics. + Proficient in PLC troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Plastics experience is advantageous but not mandatory. + Experience with Allen-Bradley systems is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment with growth opportunities, encouraging cross-training and internal promotions. The work environment is hot and loud, with a noticeable hot plastic smell. It is a non-climate controlled environment. The dress code includes wearing closed-toe shoes, t-shirts, hoodies without strings, and appropriate bottoms. No offensive tattoos or hairstyles are allowed, and safety regulations regarding jewelry and attire must be followed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bardstown, KY. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.
