**Purpose of Job**
To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive call outs & repairs to climate control systems as required.
Candidates are to be trained with suitable qualifications focusing on Denko and Stultz downflow units.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices, and or to clients specifications or in accordance to SFG20 regulations for the data halls and other general areas.
+ Identify any defects found to Line Manager and provide parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works.
+ Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by administration team.
+ Always Maintain the professional image of CBRE Managed Services.
+ Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all CBRE Managed Services employees and clients’ representatives.
+ Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment.
+ Able to carry out PPMs and works on multiple AC systems, AC Splits, Twin Splits, VRV and VRF systems.
+ Able to record and log temperatures.
+ Fault finding on fault/error codes on systems.
+ To identify and rectify problems, and to resolve and report back to CM or Supervisor with remedies.
+ To complete CBRE / Client paperwork with system logs and highlight recommendations.
+ Possibly undertake a pressure and leak test on circuit, recovery, pressure testing, vacuum and charging a circuit on either chiller or AC split unit.
+ Use the site CAFM system to update and close tasks.
+ Pumps, Fans & AHU’s knowledge essential.
+ Occasional assistance with other site team members.
**Accountabilities**
+ The position is to cover the Client London contract for the CBRE portfolio.
+ The post holder does not have any directly reporting staff.
+ This post carries no direct budgetary responsibility.
