**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Shift Maintenance Technician with 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment. An Associate's degree in a technical discipline may be substituted for work experience. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and simple electrical issues within plant facilities and production equipment. **Responsibilities** + Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and simple electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment. + Perform preventive maintenance according to a defined interval or schedule in a timely manner. + Document maintenance concerns and resolutions in an electronic database. + Provide action plans and status reports as needed. + Support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing all facilities and manufacturing equipment. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Welding + Fabrication + Preventive maintenance + Electrical maintenance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Functional knowledge of mechanical components such as valves, pipe fittings, bearings, motors, and gearboxes. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a direct hire with benefits starting on day one.
