Maintenance Technician
Position: Maintenance Technician - Direct Placement

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:15 PM – 8:45 PM

Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep our facility running smoothly. In this role, you’ll handle equipment inspections, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery and building systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and related equipment issues promptly.Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules for all facility machinery.Perform general building upkeep and minor repairs while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.Disassemble malfunctioning equipment and install repaired or replacement parts.Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.Assist with vendor coordination and provide input on service contracts.Oversee external contractors when necessary for specialized repairs.Support and adhere to all safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & ExperienceSolid mechanical aptitude with eagerness to expand technical knowledge.1–2 years of experience in an industrial or maintenance setting.Technical certificate or degree in a related field preferred.Ability to interpret blueprints and basic shop drawings.Basic knowledge of electrical systems and automotive repair.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting and repairs.Familiarity with automotive systems and diagnostic tools.Understanding of vehicle engines and mechanical components.Why Join Us?This is a direct-hire role offering stability, growth opportunities, and a commitment to workplace safety.
