Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for adhering to safety and food safety regulations while enhancing the Preventative Maintenance program to minimize downtime. You will troubleshoot and repair various systems, including PLCs, electrical, and mechanical systems. This role also involves collaborating with multiple departments, organizing the maintenance shop using the 5S methodology, and learning the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.

Responsibilities

Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on baking equipment and conveyor systems.Troubleshoot and repair mixing equipment, extruders, servos, VFDs, sensors, feed control systems, refrigeration, proofers, conveyors, boilers, silos, and oven equipment.Build, replace, rotate, inspect, and change parts of industrial machines.Connect power to machines, install motors, and rewire motors using blueprints and schematics.Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, and forklifts.Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum materials.Run conduit and electrical wiring to new industrial machines.Fabricate parts using a drill press and cut holes as needed.

Work Environment

Employees must be prepared for a physically demanding environment.
