We are a mission-driven company seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to oversee three properties in the Northwest/Beaver Falls/Aliquippa Area of Pennsylvania. **Responsibilities** + Perform turnovers/make-readies to prepare properties for new tenants. + Conduct repairs including drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC. + Execute preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of facilities. + Handle emergency on-call services for after-hours maintenance issues. + Perform additional duties as identified to help enhance the quality of life through real estate. **Essential Skills** + Experience in maintenance technician roles. + Proficiency in mechanical, HVAC, pneumatics, hydraulics, preventive maintenance, and electrical work. + Eligible to work in the United States. + Possess a valid driver's license and personal, reliable transportation. + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance. + Competence in safely utilizing power tools. + Capability to work in confined spaces and ascend and descend ladders and staircases. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in property management and apartment maintenance is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** We take care of our hardworking team by providing opportunities for professional growth, paying attention to holistic staff needs, and celebrating life together.
