Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and testing new machines and equipment. You will inspect machines for malfunctions, monitor performance changes, and respond promptly to any signs of issues. Troubleshooting production machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment are key components of this role. You will be expected to communicate openly with supervisors and other employees to ensure smooth shift operations, and perform emergency repairs on various types of machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. This role requires the ability to identify and replace worn or damaged parts in a timely manner, using a variety of power and hand tools.
Responsibilities

3-5 years of previous industrial maintenance experience.Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems (110-460 voltage).Proficiency in using a voltmeter.Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Welding and fabrication abilities.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in electrical troubleshooting.Capability to troubleshoot PLC systems.Ability to weld and fabricate.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment involves initial training from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, for 90 days. After training, the shift moves to a 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 2-2-3 rotation. The facility is non-climate controlled but maintains room temperature conditions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
