Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This role focuses on transforming properties into modern, livable spaces by assisting with upgrades, repairs, and cosmetic improvements. **Responsibilities** + Execute interior and exterior renovations across assigned properties. + Install and repair drywall, flooring, doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and trim. + Assist with painting, plumbing, and light electrical tasks. + Troubleshoot structural or mechanical issues during remodels. + Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards. + Maintain a clean, organized work site and ensure safety compliance. + Load/unload tools and materials needed for renovation projects. + Document work performed and communicate progress daily. + Provide occasional support with routine maintenance if needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, drainage, air conditioning, appliance repair, and residential construction. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and renovation techniques. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy 2-4x outings per year and flexible hours to help with childcare.
