**Maintenance Technician**
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations at a clean and modern ethanol facility. This role involves mechanical and electrical maintenance of industrial equipment, with a focus on troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative care.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Repair and maintain centrifuges, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and compressors.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and PLCs.
+ Conduct maintenance on heat exchangers and grain handling equipment.
+ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyors, pumps, and seals.
+ Align motors, perform mechanical/electrical testing, and troubleshoot machinery.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance technician roles.
+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools effectively.
+ Experience with PLC systems and industrial equipment.
+ Comfortable working at heights and moving between buildings.
**Work Environment**
+ Clean ethanol plant setting.
+ May require walking outdoors between buildings.
+ Exposure to heights and industrial equipment.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, MN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
