Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves working with hydraulics and pneumatics, diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, and maintaining equipment according to our Preventative Maintenance program. The successful candidate will comply with all plant safety and environmental regulations and contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mechanical/electrical problems in machinery.Maintain equipment through the Preventative Maintenance program.Complete and maintain paperwork for all maintenance performed.Assist in other work areas as directed by the department supervisor.Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment as necessary.Comply with plant safety and environmental regulations.Perform emergency/reactive repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.Perform inspections of completed maintenance and document results.Essential SkillsExperience with hydraulics and pneumatics.Ability to diagnose mechanical/electrical problems.Knowledge of LOTO (Lockout Tagout) and SDS (Safety Data Sheets).Electrical skills from 120v to 480v.Preventive maintenance expertise.Strong troubleshooting abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsWelding and fabrication skills.Machining experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.PLC troubleshooting skills.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00/hr.
