We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Maintenance Technician** to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems through both preventive and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pneumatics, welding, electrical systems, motors, sensors, and PLC troubleshooting. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform **preventive maintenance** on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. + Diagnose and repair **mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems** quickly and effectively. + Execute **welding and fabrication tasks** to support equipment repairs and modifications. + Maintain and troubleshoot **motors, sensors, and pneumatic systems** for optimal performance. + Assist with **PLC troubleshooting** to ensure smooth operation of automated systems. + Collaborate with the **engineering team** to identify and implement process improvements. + Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate service records. **Essential Skills** + Strong knowledge of **preventive maintenance** and manufacturing processes. + Experience in **mechatronics** , troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment. + Proficiency in **electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems** . + Ability to work with **pneumatics** and perform **PLC diagnostics** . **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or related technical fields. + Welding and fabrication experience. + Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements. **Why Join Us?** + **Annual raises** to reward your growth and contributions. + Opportunity to work with advanced equipment and develop technical expertise. **Work Schedule** + **Training:** First shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) until proficiency is achieved. + **Regular Schedule:** Weekend shift + Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM + Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + **Total Hours:** 40 hours per week over four days. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Chickasha, OK. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
