Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Tracy, CA

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a high‑performance manufacturing team in Tracy, California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment, takes pride in technical craftsmanship, and enjoys solving mechanical and electrical challenges.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment to ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtimeRepair and rebuild machinery components including motors, pumps, conveyors, and packaging systemsDocument maintenance activities using computerized maintenance systemsCollaborate with production teams to identify equipment concerns and recommend improvementsSupport installation and commissioning of new equipment as neededFollow all safety procedures and standards to maintain a safe working environmentQualifications2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, packaging, or related fieldsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated systems preferredAbility to read technical drawings and schematicsProficiency with hand and power toolsWillingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tracy, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
