Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technician – Denver, CO

Pay Range: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Schedule:

Week 1: Wednesday – Saturday (48 hours)Week 2: Thursday – Saturday (36 hours, Wednesday optional)

About the Role:

We are seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you’ll be essential to keeping our manufacturing systems running smoothly. You’ll perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems while supporting preventive maintenance programs and ensuring compliance with all safety standards. This position offers hands-on experience with advanced industrial systems and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsExecute and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs in partnership with plannersBuild and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organizationComplete required safety training and follow all safety policies and proceduresSupport facility operations, including conveyor systems, motors, and automation equipment

Skills/Qualifications:Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair abilitiesExperience with preventive maintenance programsMechanical aptitude with blueprint reading skillsKnowledge of hydraulics, automation, and HVAC systemsFamiliarity with 3-phase electrical systems and conveyor maintenanceHands-on experience with motors and industrial maintenance practicesExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ideally eMaintExperience in CNC maintenance (a plus)Proficiency with PLC controls, hand tools, and power toolsSkills in installation, welding, fabrication, and general service work

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
