Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to oversee and execute all maintenance tasks within our facility. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, from basic repairs to complex technical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.

Responsibilities

Perform all maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, cleaning up spills, and building racking systems.Conduct preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on various equipment, including conveyors and forklifts.Use hand tools to build storage racks and perform maintenance tasks.Perform electrical troubleshooting involving 3 phase motors, 480v systems, sensors, switches, and diagnose wire faults using a voltmeter.Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including unwiring and wiring motors.

Essential Skills

Preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting skills.Experience with conveyors, hand tools, and changing batteries.Ability to unwire and wire motors.Basic mechanical knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Electrical troubleshooting skills with sensors, switches, and 3 phase motors.Experience with conduit, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems.Computer skills.

Work Environment

The position is based in a non-climate-controlled distribution facility where you can wear shorts and steel-toed boots are not required. You will be part of a maintenance team consisting of 16-20 members.

This is a Permanent position based out of Pendleton, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58115.00 - $66227.00/yr.
