Job Title: Maintenance Technician/ 2nd Shift | $27hr

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, performing troubleshooting and repairs on CNC and robotic equipment, reading blueprints to specifications, and utilizing your mechanical and electrical knowledge. This role requires the use of hand and power tools and performing facilities maintenance when needed.

Work Environment

You will work in a small, modern facility with a 3-shift schedule, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime. Expect to work 45-50 hours per week with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The environment is clean and automated, offering a friendly, community-focused atmosphere where everyone knows each other. Employees enjoy access to cell phones and the ability to smoke outside, with a relaxed approach compared to other companies in the area.
