Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, repositioning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels.Conduct emergency or breakdown maintenance as necessary to support plant operations.Reference equipment manuals and other technical literature for guidance.Perform repairs and installations on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam systems, and more as needed.Safely operate the boiler, maintaining adequate operating steam pressure (> 180 PSI).

Essential Skills

5+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.Strong electrical experience, including swapping motors and troubleshooting.Experience with Frequency Drives (VFDs).Proficiency in PLC logic and troubleshooting.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints, including German prints.Experience working with 480-volt systems.Hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam system experience, including boilers.Job Type & Location
