**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **_1st & weekend shift - $32-$38_** **Job Description** In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of production lines by troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components and equipment, including conveyors, food processing machines, PLCs, circuits, and breakers. You will also conduct preventative maintenance on CCMS and provide backup support for Production Operators, including equipment setup, teardown, and changeovers as needed. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment. + Mechanical: Use basic hand tools to identify and fix mechanical issues, performing repairs efficiently. + Electrical: Use a meter for high-level troubleshooting, replace and program electrical components, and read and follow schematics. + Pneumatic: Read and interpret pneumatic schematics and troubleshoot components effectively. + Perform preventative maintenance on CCMS. + Provide support for equipment setup/teardown and changeovers for Production Operators. + Work comfortably with low (24VDC) and high voltage (up to 480V) circuits, troubleshoot control circuit issues, perform circuit wiring, and understand logic processes. + Install, troubleshoot, and perform some programming of PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs. + Understand inverter motor operations, stepper and servo motors, and encoder feedback as it relates to control processes. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + 2+ years of industrial electrical experience. + Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components. + Ability to perform preventative maintenance and support equipment setup/teardown. + Comfortable working with both low and high voltage circuits. + Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and robotics. + Understanding of inverter motor operations and control processes. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to move into a Lead Maintenance position, providing a clear pathway for career growth. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Eden Prairie, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
