Location: Brickell & Downtown Miami (Near Kaseya Center)

Travel: Tri-Rail between two hotel sites

About the Role:

Are you a hands-on problem solver with HVAC experience and a passion for keeping buildings running smoothly? Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician overseeing two luxury hotel properties in Miami. You’ll be the go-to expert ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed to high standards—without doing the physical work yourself!

Instead, you’ll supervise contractors, inspect completed work, and ensure guest comfort by troubleshooting issues like automatic shades, TVs, and other tech-driven amenities.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily maintenance operations across two hotel locationsCoordinate and supervise outside vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.)Inspect contractor work and approve completion based on quality standardsTroubleshoot guest-related issues (e.g., smart room tech, shades, TVs)Communicate effectively with hotel staff and vendors via email, phone, and in personUse tablets and digital systems to manage tasks—our hotels are tech-forward!

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years HVAC experience in hotel or apartment building maintenanceFamiliarity with boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systemsStrong communication skills (English required; bilingual is a plus!)Customer service experience in a guest-facing roleComfortable using tablets and digital toolsEPA Universal or HVAC certification preferred but not required

Not a Fit If You:

Have no maintenance experienceHave less than 2 years of HVAC or boiler experienceCannot communicate effectively in English

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
