Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in the foodservice industry, known for developing and marketing high-quality products with innovative packaging. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment. Your work will focus on performing preventative and predictive maintenance on various components, including production lines, conveyor systems, and boilers.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production lines, conveyor systems, cappers, fillers, labelers, palletizing equipment, boilers, and waste water systems.Focus on mechanical and electrical maintenance with an 80/20 split.Troubleshoot and fix AC/DC motor drives.Work on rollers, belts, bushels, bearings, gear boxes, and more.Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.Handle hydraulics and pneumatics systems.Troubleshoot and repair pumps.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance.Experience with 480 Volt systems.Proficiency with AC/DC motor drives and troubleshooting.Experience in working with mechanical components like rollers, belts, and gear boxes.Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

PLC troubleshooting experience.Experience in the food, flavor, beverage, and/or packaging industry.Knowledge of boilers and compressors.Prior experience in troubleshooting and repairing pumps.Any educational experience is highly regarded.High School Diploma or GED is required.

Work Environment

Work in a structured environment with a dress code of jeans or work pants, a solid t-shirt or polo, safety glasses, and steel toe boots. Uniforms will be provided after a period of employment. The shift pattern alternates every 30 days between Monday to Thursday and Friday to Monday from 6 PM to 6 AM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr.
