**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative maintenance and machine repair of high-speed, corrugated production equipment. This includes working with folders, gluers, conveyors, printers, and die cutters. The role involves changing cylinders, performing hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, and replacing motors and drives. The position is purely mechanical and requires a seasoned maintenance mechanic dedicated to hands-on work throughout the day. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on high-speed corrugated production equipment. + Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical components including folders, gluers, conveyors, printers, and die cutters. + Change cylinders and perform hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance. + Replace motors and drives as needed. + Read and interpret blueprints for maintenance and repair tasks. + Engage in basic electrical troubleshooting and PLC troubleshooting. + Ensure effective and efficient functioning of all production equipment. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance repairs on production equipment in a corrugated or printing facility. + 5+ years of experience in performing preventative maintenance on production equipment. + 5+ years of experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics. + Proficiency in mechanical maintenance and machine repair in an industrial environment or an Associate's Degree in maintenance. + Basic electrical troubleshooting skills. + Ability to read blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in boiler maintenance. + Skills in welding and fabricating. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of straight 8-hour shifts with a paid lunch and minimal overtime. Our facility, which we moved into two years ago, houses 5 three-to-five color printing machines and one corrugator, providing a modern and efficient workspace. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Sturtevant, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
