**Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Electro-Mechanical** **Pay: $34/hour** **Shift: 1st Shift** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician specializing in Electro-Mechanical systems, you will engage in a wide range of activities within a dynamic maintenance department. Your role involves supporting the transportation, reliability, and repair of production assets essential for manufacturing top-tier rail vehicles. **Responsibilities** + Provide hands-on preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of complex manufacturing equipment such as welding robots, CNC machines, hydraulic presses, remote-controlled equipment movers, lifting jacks, cranes, motors, pumps, and other industrial equipment. + Analyze technical equipment problems on-site and complete repairs and maintenance related to high and low voltage electrical systems, motors, pumps, HVAC, welding machines, industrial electric-powered vehicles, scissor lifts, switchboards, transformers, and drive units. + Support all vehicle movement throughout the facility. + Execute set-up and start-up of new equipment. + Conduct routine scheduled preventive maintenance and manage spare parts inventory. + Support maintenance of technical documentation for processes and equipment. + Safely use hand and power tools. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, NC. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $71760.00 - $80766.00/yr. 11 paid holidays, 18 days of PTO 401K - 6% company match Freedom and healthy work-life balance Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, HSA/FSA, Commuter Benefits starting Day 1!
