Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment.Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on production and facility systems.Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical issues, including PLC programming.Fabricate tools, fixtures, and replacement parts for repairs.Set up new or used equipment.Inspect, dismantle, and reassemble machinery to resolve wear or alignment issues.Modify computer-controlled systems, including robotics.Work with engineers to improve designs and system performance.Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation.Support process improvements by recommending ergonomic or mechanical upgrades.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial machine repair and electrical three-phase/high voltage.Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing skills with preferred PLC experience.Experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.Journeyman Card is a plus.Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Jackson, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $78000.00/yr.
