Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join a food manufacturing company. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, pneumatic delivery systems, and extrusion machines.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on bakery equipment to minimize reactive breakdowns.Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including adjusting sensors and phone-eyes.Conduct fabrication work, primarily welding stainless steel materials to create machine covers and catches for excess product.Diagnose and resolve issues on the production line to maintain efficiency.Essential SkillsProficient in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance.Experience with repair and preventive maintenance.Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.Understanding of 3-phase 480v systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in bakery or food manufacturing environments.Experience with conveyor systems and motors.Proficiency in industrial maintenance and welding.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a clean food manufacturing facility with a 24/7 operation. The role involves third-shift hours from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, working 5 days a week. Expect to work approximately 48 - 52 hours per week, with scheduling based on bidding. Lunch breaks are unpaid.
