\n\t\t\t\t\tMAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I:\n•\tParticipates in developing and assisting in communicating short-range and medium-range maintenance plans for packaging lines. \n•\tCoordinate with Maintenance Team Resource Manager (TRM) to lead the maintenance repair on assigned lines. \n•\tMonitor equipment uptime and maintenance response time and initiate improvement plans when necessary. \n•\tSupport continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities on production lines. \n•\tDemonstrate exceptional communication skills to internal teams. \n•\tEnsure compliance with established standards and procedures (e.g., safety, quality, sanitation, good manufacturing policies, lean manufacturing, and other plant programs).\n•\tCommunicate, interact, and follow up with co-workers to build and maintain positive employee partnerships. \n•\tDetermine root cause of equipment failure and implement improvement plans.\n•\tDetermine the best way to accomplish maintenance tasks while limiting disruption to production. \n•\tOperates and changeover packaging line equipment as needed. \n•\tProvide solutions to reduce changeover time.\n•\tStandardizing/Center lining for packaging line equipment.\n\nINDUSTRIAL / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II:\n•\tResponsibilities of Maintenance Tech I\n•\tProvides electrical expertise to the packaging operations and other departments. \n•\tTroubleshoot and repair equipment to maximize run time.\n•\tDemonstrate ability to read/program electrical controls (e.g., Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), Servo).\n•\tOrders electrical/electronic parts and equipment for all departments.\n•\tProvides packaging technical support to all departments as needed (e.g., troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, changeover, repairs).\n•\tResponsible for assigned department.
