**Lead Maintenance Technician - Grand Rapids, MI** + **_$35/hour_** + **_No on-call_** + **_Work Life Balance_** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician specializing in stamping press, PLC, and robotic welds. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You will be part of a dynamic team of four Maintenance Technicians, scheduling work and overseeing operations. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on stamping presses, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Collaborate with a team of three other Maintenance Technicians to schedule and oversee work. + Act as a working supervisor in charge of the plant, ordering parts and equipment as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Experience with stamping presses and hydraulic systems. + Proficiency in PLC and electrical systems. + Strong troubleshooting skills in maintenance operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Demonstrated leadership abilities. + Experience in a maintenance technician role within a similar environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a dedicated team in a supportive work environment where you can hone your skills and grow professionally. The position runs on a single shift from 4:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime until 4:30 pm. Additional overtime may be required from 4:00 am to Noon on Fridays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr.
