Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and performing preventive maintenance on baking equipment and conveyor systemsThe role involves working with a variety of equipment including mixers, extruders, refrigeration units, proofers, conveyors, boilers, and silosYou will be responsible for repairing, replacing, rotating, inspecting, and changing parts of industrial machinesThe role also includes connecting power to machines, installing and rewiring motors, and reading blueprints and schematicsAdditionally, you will move machinery and equipment using hoists and dollies, perform welding on steel and aluminum materials, run conduit and electrical wiring to new industrial machines, and fabricate using drill presses, cutting out holes, and making parts

Job Responsibilities

Essential Skills

Experience troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on automated equipmentExperience with assembly equipment (conveyors) and building industrial equipmentExperience rebuilding 3 phase motorsExperience troubleshooting industrial machinesExperience troubleshooting PLCs, including drivesMechanical troubleshooting and ability to replace motors, gears, pumps on industrial machineryPossess own hand toolsJob Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $69264.00 - $72384.00/yr.
