**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team as a Multi-Craft/Electromechanical Maintenance Technician in a reputable manufacturing company. This role involves preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns, performing basic PLC troubleshooting, and handling mechanical and electrical work up to 480v. You'll work with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, injection molding machines, extrusion machines, CNC machines, pumps, chillers, valves, PLCs, and robotics. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on various equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns. + Conduct basic PLC troubleshooting. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Utilize electrical meters for diagnostics. + Repair and replace parts as needed. + Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Operate injection molding, extrusion, and CNC machines. + Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations. **Essential Skills** + Industrial and mechanical maintenance expertise. + Some electrical maintenance experience. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and electrical wiring. + Ability to read blueprints and schematics. + Experience with part repair and replacement. + Knowledge of hand and power tools. + Understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics. + Familiarity with 3-phase motors and multimeter usage. + Basic PLC troubleshooting skills. + Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation. + Positive and professional attitude. + Strong teamwork skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in reading ladder logic. + 480v electrical cabinet troubleshooting and maintenance. + Welding and metal fabrication skills. + Robotics troubleshooting experience. + CNC machining capabilities. + Skill in terminating wires. + Knowledge of injection molding or extrusion processes. + Ability to work with hands and wear PPE. + Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. + Proven proficiency using shop tools like grinders and plasma cutters. + Basic mechanical skills and use of computer system software. + Self-motivated with a professional attitude. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, alongside lift and disability plans.
