**DIRECT HIRE: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automation equipment including robots, sensors, conveyors, and PLC systems. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance automation processes. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and troubleshoot automation equipment such as robots, sensors, conveyors, and PLC systems. + Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on automated systems. + Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve automation processes. + Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues in a timely manner. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. + Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of automation experience. + 2+ years of plastic injection molding experience. + 3+ years of PLC troubleshooting experience. + 3+ years of experience reading blueprints and schematic drawings. + Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, PLC programming, electrical systems, and HMI. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Ability to troubleshoot robotic equipment. + Experience programming PLCs. + Experience troubleshooting high electrical voltage equipment. + Ability to troubleshoot using HMI. **Why Work Here?** We offer a direct hire opportunity with significant growth potential, hiring for leadership roles from within.
