You will ensure adherence to safety standards and quality specifications while maintaining efficient operations. Responsibilities:Inspect, operate, or test machinery/equipment to detect malfunctions or defects in physical structures. Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following standard procedures.Perform Preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and physical structures with a focus on reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure machines run within specifications to support consistent, high-quality output.Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance equipment performance, reduce waste, and strengthen product quality.Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records, documenting issues, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or GED plus 2 years or more Vocational/Technical Program, or equivalent; and over 3 months up to and including 6 months; or any combination of education, experience and training.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers.The work environment characteristics described above necessitates the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
