As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our high-volume manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. In this multi-craft role, you’ll work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, using your expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize plant equipment. You’ll support CNC and PLC-controlled machinery, motor controls and drives, robotics (including FANUC and KUKA), industrial networks, and automated tooling systems, ideal for Maintenance Technicians or Maintenance Mechanics looking to expand their automation knowledge and develop long-term technical mastery in a modern manufacturing environment.

We pay by experience:
3 Years: $33.86 plus a 6% Shift Differential
4 Years: $35.18 plus a 6% Shift Differential
5 Years: $36.75 plus a 6% Shift Differential
6+ Years or Combination of Years Plus Journeyman's Card: $38.85 plus a 6% Shift Differential
We are offering $1,000 Sign-On bonuses for experienced Maintenance Technicians paid out after 90 days of employment!
Responsibilities• Receive and manage time-sensitive work order assignments
• Safely maintain and repair plant facilities and equipment
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic blueprints to diagnose and service equipment and systems
• Perform metal fabrication, including cutting, welding, and grinding
• Troubleshoot and repair hoist and crane systems, material handling equipment, and production/non-production machinery
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, PLCs, motor controls, drive systems, robotics (KUKA/FANUC), industrial networks, tooling systems, and automated control systems
• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
• We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
• Associate's Degree or Certificate in Industrial Maintenance or a related field
• Proficient in running conduit and installing electrical circuits
• Experience with Siemens PLCs, industrial automation, and motor control systems
• Experience with KUKA and FANUC robotics and automated tooling systems (including Atlas Copco)
• Experience with Ethernet IP industrial network systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
