Job Title: Maintenance Technicia- up to $43/hr!

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on all equipment within the facility, including blow molding machines, plastic injection machines, robots, vision systems, conveyors, scales, and CAMS systems. You will also be responsible for completing preventative maintenance, working with hydraulics and pneumatics, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and reading blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance on facility equipment.Perform preventative maintenance as needed.Work with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to address technical problems.

Essential Skills

At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, or fresh out of trade school.Experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics.Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.High school diploma or equivalent.Basic electrical troubleshooting, including handling 480V systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in blow molding, injection molding, or plastics is a plus.Familiarity with vision systems or CAMS systems.Welding skills.Experience with robotics or PLCs.

Work Environment

The work environment is extremely clean, as the facility produces bottles for a major client. The shift schedule is from 6 PM to 6 AM, working two days on, three days off, and then two days on, with every other weekend off. You have the option to pick up shifts on days off, with a maximum of six consecutive workdays. The facility offers a $1 shift differential, enhancing your overall compensation.

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $89440.00/yr.
