You’ll work with mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Our advanced onsite training program includes an interactive classroom that simulates the manufacturing floor—so you’ll be learning in a hands-on, real-world environment. Maintenance mechanics are strongly encouraged to apply! **🧰 Key Responsibilities** + Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions on industrial equipment. + Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance. + Use technical documentation including prints, wiring diagrams, and manuals. + Maintain and troubleshoot relay logic and control field devices. + Complete work orders efficiently and accurately. + Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures at all times. **⚙️ Essential Skills & Experience** + Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (up to 480v). + Conveyor system maintenance. + Experience with hydraulics, gear boxes, and industrial machinery. + PLC troubleshooting and ability to read schematics. + Strong problem-solving and communication skills. **🌟 Why Join Us?
