**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **2nd shift | $42/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of various mechanical and electrical systems. Your role will involve mechanical troubleshooting, such as rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, and replacing motors, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, servo motors, chains, sprockets, and cylinders. You will also engage in electrical troubleshooting, including working with **480v, 3-phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, electrical wiring, control panel troubleshooting, and using a multimeter** . Additionally, you will handle robotic troubleshooting specifically with Fanuc systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including **rebuilding machinery and repairing gearboxes.** + Replace **motors, hydraulic/pneumatic hoses, servo motors, chains, sprockets, and cylinders.** + Conduct electrical troubleshooting on **480v, 3-phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, and control panels.** + Use a multimeter for troubleshooting electrical faults. + Troubleshoot and maintain **Fanuc robotic systems.** **Essential Skills** + Experience in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance. + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair. + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. + Familiarity with **PLC troubleshooting** , including **ladder logic, parameter edits, relays, timers, and switches.** + Understanding of robotics, particularly **Fanuc systems.** **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with controls is preferred but not required. + Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs and electrical fault troubleshooting. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $85280.00/yr. -Career Path Program - Provides plans for career progression with employees. -Health Insurance - Blue Cross/Blue Shield - Offer HRA/HSA -Dental Insurance - Delta Dental -Vision Insurance - VSP 1 year plan -Life Insurance -Critical Accident Insurance -Short Term Disability -11 Paid Holidays -401k -PTO **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Frankfort,IN. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Oct 3, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
