**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **1st or 2nd shift** **5-8% bonus every April** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who can independently **tear down, service, and reassemble semi-automatic equipment** at our Fortune 500 company. You will be responsible for **operating, troubleshooting, and ordering replacement parts** , as well as performing scheduled preventative maintenance and making necessary repairs to all company equipment, machines, and systems. Responsibilities + Independently tear down, service, and reassemble semi-automatic equipment such as **ROSIE, Blaster, Sigma Press, and Vertical Lathe.** Essential Skills + Proficient in **electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.** + Skilled in **PLC controls and electrical troubleshooting.** + Ability to interpret and follow **service manuals, blueprints, and schematics.** + Experience in preventative maintenance and machine repair. + **MIG welding** skills. + Competent in using pneumatic systems and performing schematic installations.
