Maintenance Technician
**Position Title: Entry-Level Maintenance Associate** **Overview:** Join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Maintenance Associate, where you'll kick off your career with a hands-on, three-month initiative focused on upgrading machine refrigerants. This temporary assignment offers a strong opportunity to transition into a full-time role within our maintenance division for individuals who demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a strong mechanical mindset. **Key Duties:** + Drain, sanitize, and replenish coolant reservoirs. + Safely handle and alternate between two types of refrigerants used in machinery. + Diagnose and repair basic mechanical issues. + Utilize a variety of hand and power tools in daily tasks. **Core Competencies:** + Strong mechanical instincts and eagerness to learn. + Foundational mechanical skills with interest in advancing to CNC maintenance. + Problem-solving ability in mechanical systems. + Prior experience in equipment upkeep, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems (preferred: 4+ years). **Preferred Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED. + Exposure to skilled trades such as HVAC, electrical work, or carpentry. + Physical capability to manage heavy equipment and materials. + Dependable transportation and consistent attendance. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
