**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who is familiar with instrumentation devices such as thermocouples, motor tachometers, temperature controllers, and pressure transducers. The role involves installing electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics, ensuring proper operation of equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, testers, and machine-specific instrumentation.
Responsibilities
+ Install electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics.
+ Ensure proper operation of equipment using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, testers, and machine-specific instrumentation.
+ Troubleshoot and maintain 480v systems and equipment.
+ Inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment, instrumentation devices, and related information systems.
Essential Skills
+ Proficient in troubleshooting and maintenance techniques.
+ Experience with electrical maintenance, particularly 480v systems.
+ Knowledge of thermocouples, transducers, temperature controllers, DC motors, drives, and heater circuits.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in the extrusion industry.
+ Experience with heater controls.

Work Environment
The position is based in a cleanroom manufacturing environment where adherence to dress code, including hair net and beard net, is required. The ability to lift up to 50lbs is necessary, and you must provide your own tools for the job.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $78272.00/yr.
