Join our dynamic maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's production for leading automotive brandsWe are seeking a skilled individual for our 2nd shift to support both the molding and assembly sides of our plant

Job Responsibilities

Perform mechanical troubleshooting on thermolators, water systems, and pipingConduct electrical troubleshooting, including tracking & tracing, and control panel analysis for 240V & 480V systemsMaintain and repair plastic injection molding machines and assembly machinesUtilize computer systems to manage preventive maintenance tasks and track progressTroubleshoot and maintain robotics systems, specifically Sepro and Fanuc robotsDiagnose and resolve issues with gears, pumps, and motorsWork collaboratively with the Controls Engineer for PLC troubleshooting and rewriting control panels

Essential Skills

3 - 4 years of experience troubleshooting mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumaticsProficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and reading electrical drawingsComfortable using a computer for learning and applying preventive maintenance programsExperience with robotics systems, particularly Sepro and Fanuc

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.
