Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

As a Facilities Mechanic-Industrial Controls Technician, you will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems effectively. Your role involves identifying and addressing issues with control systems promptly, using your problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. You will also perform routine maintenance using your skills in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics. Your proficiency in PLC programming, HVAC systems, building automation systems, and CMMS software will be instrumental in this role.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair industrial control systems using electrical and mechanical knowledge.Identify and address issues with control systems efficiently.Perform routine maintenance by reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.Maintain HVAC systems and building automation systems.Utilize CMMS software for maintenance management.
Essential Skills3+ years of experience in industrial controls maintenance and repair.Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.Strong knowledge in electrical maintenance and PLC schematics.Ability to perform preventive maintenance.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge in 5S methodology.Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.Ability to perform mathematical computations and use the metric system.Experience with FANUC & Mitsubishi Controllers is a plus.Working knowledge of site services including compressed air, vacuum, and chilled water.
Work Environment

This position requires working the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, Monday through Friday. Initial training will be conducted on the 2nd shift for 90 days, from 3pm to 11pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
