Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Antioch, TN. This role requires experience in industrial maintenance, with responsibilities including both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Successful candidates will have the ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot PLCs, and will work on various systems including sensors, hydraulics, servo drives, motors, pumps, and conveyors.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.Troubleshoot PLCs, preferably Siemens or Allen Bradley.Maintain and repair sensors, hydraulics, servo drives, motors, pumps, and conveyors.Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and hydraulic equipment.Work with Three-Phase Motor Controls and AC/DC Servo Drives.

Essential Skills

Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical and hydraulic equipment maintenance.Proficiency in reading PLC ladder logic.Experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and electrical controls.Knowledge of Three-Phase Motor Controls and AC/DC Servo Drives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.Ability to provide own steel-toed boots or safety shoes.

Work Environment

The position is within a heavy industrial environment focused on metal stamping for the automotive industry. The facility is not temperature controlled and can be noisy due to the continuous operation of stamping presses. We provide uniforms and necessary protective equipment, although employees must provide their own steel-toed boots. Openings are available for the 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am), with shift differentials offered for both.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
